General tips/ FAQ
- Approved new accounts will receive an email. This goes directly to your spam folder! Please check spam if you are awaiting account approval.
- This forum uses BBCode to format text. Here is a good tutorial if it is new to you! (https://raymanpc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7039)
- If you are new to forums, they are sort of a hybrid of Tumblr Blog Posts and Discord Severs. You can make your posts as long and wordy as you like with pictures and formatting to your hearts content, but they are also part of a conversation. Try your best to engage with the users around you, whether it be by asking questions, inviting responses, or responding to what others say!
- The "Desks" section is intended as a sort of "personal blog" area, where you can show off whatever you'd like. its your thread to fill as you see fit!
- Oh no! theres a max size to attachments! but that's okay. There are many image hosting websites that you can upload your picture to and then link to here. This saves space on the server for more people and allows you to insert pictures at a much higher resolution. here is a quick list of places you can go to upload your images:
https://postimages.org/
https://fileditch.com/
https://pixvid.org/
https://imgbb.com/
https://cubeupload.com/
https://imgpx.com/en/
https://freeimagehosting.net/
Some of these require logins, which may be annoying because then you have to make an account, but it does mean that your image will stay online longer, whereas free services may eventually purge your attached images from their server.
